Appraising your requirements

This is the easy stage, where you get to tell us about your plans and requirements. We will advise if this is something we feel we can be of assistance with and discuss our “Terms of Business”. This will provide you with more information about the services we provide, how we are regulated and importantly what fees we are likely to charge for our services. Once you have accepted these, the hard work starts.

Getting to know you

We can’t hide from this one; we’re going to get personal. If you want lenders to take a risk on you, we need to make sure they know what those risks are. That means we fulfil the regulators requirement of “knowing our client”, so we are going to be asking questions about your and your business’s financial circumstances.
We aren’t just being nosey. The more thorough we are at this stage, the more chance there is that the rest of the process will be plain sailing. By taking the time to understand you and your business, we make sure we get you the right deal and ensure the likelihood of completion.

Expert Team - Providing the solution

Armed with all the right information, we start to source you the commercial mortgage or loan you need and obtain most favourable terms we can. We then present you with those terms and how the proposition will be structured.

Reviewing the terms

This is the part where you review and accept the terms. There may well be a lot of financial jargon within the documentation, but our role is to explain these to you in plain English and ensure you fully understand the content and exactly what you’re signing up to.

05.

The fine print

Probably the most boring part, but the most essential step. This is where everything is confirmed and finalised with the lender so that your loan or mortgage can be processed.

06.

We’re with you all the way

We could step back once your deal is finalised and leave you to wait patiently for your funds. But we don’t. We stay on the case until the money has been transferred to the right place, and you can breathe a sigh of relief.
Of course, once your funding has come through, we’ll stay in touch in case you need our help again in the future.
